Main Forum/Guild Rules
1. Generally Discuss
The Main Forum's purpose is to work as a General Discussion Forum. You can post generally anything you want here in regards to anything even things besides Pokemon, although I may move it to a different forum depending on it's subject matter.
2. I Challenge Thee to a Duel!
If you want to battle someone go to the Battle Arena forum at the top there and ask for one there. Please don't spam up the General Discussion Forum (Main Forum) with "Battle Me!" topics. That'll get annoying. I have created a forum just for that purpose. So go there to bother people to battle your 'awesome new team' or what-have-you.
3. Action Replay/Hacking/Cheating
OK. Here's how I personally feel about hacking. I myself own an action replay and use it to speed up the time it takes to level up/EV train my Pokes. I also use it to hack legit shinies because of my personal obsession with them (No I will not trade you shiny Pokemon or any other hacked Pokemon unless it is specifically part of an event I am holding).
If you use your hacking skills for purposes like these then I don't really mind. If, however, I find out that any of you have hacked your Pokemon to essentially become what Nintendo has cutely named 'Bad Eggs', otherwise known as uber buffed out Pokes, YOU WILL BE BANNED AND BLACKLISTED. End of story. This is your only warning. Oh and I will know because should anyone end up battling an obviously bad egg type Pokémon then they shall tell me and then you're gone. :3
So just don't do it. Kthnx.
Now other people may feel differently. They can set their own rules on who and what they want to battle and I don't really care. Follow their rules if you want to battle them and follow mine if you want to stay in my guild.
Also, if anyone does end up fighting a crazy a** hacked Pokemon shut off your game immediately so that it will cut off the connection to the other user's game and they will be unable to receive credit or anything.
4. Check Blacklist
I recommend that all users check the blacklist every now and then to find users that have been known to cheat in battle. That is what it is there for.
This is for your own personal information so you don't get scammed into an unfair battle without knowing about it.
So check it often and apply those rule-breaking users to your own ignore lists. Hopefully we won't have to add anyone though.
For All Forums in General
1. Type Legibly
I ask that users type in a fairly legible manner (I don't expect perfection), just as long as we can read what you're saying you're fine
2. Off-Topic/On-Topic, I do not care
I personally don't care if users go off topic in my own threads to be honest. I think it is great for evolving conversations, however, if the thread creator says it's a no go, it's a no go.
Thread creators, you make the ground rules in your own thread and control what goes on there even though the mods and I get the last say in case things get out of hand.
3. Follow ToS and Rules and Guidelines
Follow Gaia's ToS and of course the Rules and Guidelines, I will mod based on those so behave yourselves trainers!
