Those two items tie up way too much of your working capital in one item, which brings the risk way, way up. Because if, after you've bought it, the market takes a dip and you can't sell for more than you bought it for, you're stuck with most of your working capital in one item, and you're basically starting all over again.
I would be looking at items in the 10K - 20K price range. That way even if one of them becomes hard to sell, you still have gold you can continue working with.
