Yes but Impact is a commonly used word in competitive sports. Total Nonstop Action was a celiberate reference.

I honestly don't think WWE even sees TNA as competition anymore. They're killing themselves constantly losing ratings, recycling storylines, copying WWE storylines, etc. WWE even said they wouldn't sue TNA if they used the ECW in-ring names like Balls Mahoney, 2 Cold Scorpio, etc.
