There's a reason Masashi Kishimoto made them each represent the slug, snake, and frog.
It's because in Japan, they used to have a different version of 'Rock, paper, scissor'.
Instead of using a rock, a paper, and a scissor, they used the slug, frog, and snake.
The frog is afraid of the snake, the snake afraid of the slug, and the slug afraid of the frog.
This hints that no Sannin is stronger than the other. How is the snake afraid of the slug?

Jiraiya is definately the strongest i mean the guy trained the fouth hokage who was like the strongest hokage ever so he has to be something maad. I dont even think we have seen what he is truly capable of yet.

I would want Jiraiya to win....but given that Orochimaru is strong enough to (somewhat) easily shrug off an attack from Naruto with four tails.....
