Before I suggest my fixes, I'm wandering why Diva is in here? You may have some grand plan I'm not aware of, so my fixes are without this knowledge.
Monsters
-3 Deep Sea Diva +1 Celestia + 1 Jain
As I stated earlier, I don't see Diva working in here, even if you are going for a syncro build, it takes up a precious summon. Another Celestia is good to make sure she is in your hand when you need her. If Lightsworns don't have the tools they need at the perfect time, they can suffer from it.
-1 Oppression + 1 Threatening Roar It conflicts way to much with the deck. You can special summon Jd, Gorz, Diva, Wulf and Lumina is added to the mix. The fact your opponent can also use Oppression makes the card almost dead in the deck, apart from very few situations. Roar can help so much instead of this card. Stopping a Ryko, Lyla from getting destroyed by battle and have them ready on your next turn for Celestia play is fun, three cards destroyed in a turn is something you can't ignore.
Brain Control and Heavy Storm are now banned and Although foolish can help, it is much better to leave it out unless you run three Wulfs. -1 Brain Control -1 1 Heavy storm -1 Foolish Burial
+ 1 MST +1 Gold Sarcophagus + 1 Threatening Roar.
The MST is for that all important Spell/Trap destruction. Gold searches out JD, you don't really want to mill him and two increases the chances of drawing it first hand. Threatening is there for the reasons stated earlier. As for the Prison/BTH, I would go with Bottomless.
So there you go, what I would suggest to you for the deck. Any questions (Although I think I explained all my choices) Then feel free to ask.

-1 Trunade +1 MST
Since Heavy is banned its better to have the extra destruction rather than just sending them back to the hand.

-3 Deep Sea Diva -2 Dimension Prison -1 Royal Oppression -1 Heavy Storm -1 Brain Control
+1 Celestia +1 Wulf +1 Dark Hole +1 Monster Reborn +1 Beckoning Light +2 Bottomless Trap Hole/Threatening Roar/Solemn Judgment & Torrential
I don't get why you insist on putting Deep Sea Diva in Lightsworn (I'm pretty sure this is like the second time or so I've seen you do it). Due to the milling aspect of the deck, it is mandatory for any tuner added to the deck to have at least some synergy with the milling, otherwise you won't synchro summon consistently. Diva has no synergy, and is actually affected negatively by the deck's milling, so she's not a good tuner for this deck. Besides, Lightsworn doesn't really need to synchro summon anyway in order for it to make swings in advantage.
As for the fixes, alot of them are self-explanatory. I like 3 Beckoning Light instead of 2 because it's such a gamebreaking card in Lightsworn, and seeing it is never a bad thing. Looping back Celestia and Judgment Dragon is just too good.
