Has anyone had their Drum-Major miss a band rehearsal, because they slept in? I have recently, he posted about it on Facebook that's what had happened and why he didn't make it. I was laughing so hard when I read the comments though, because someone who graduated from my school, replied saying "Well that's the way to start off as a drum-major," or something like that.

Ours was late to his own student staff meeting. Because he was watching world cup.

naw ur drum major is always there. You see we hav 0period at 6:20 in da mornin,so if it were up to us,we would all be sleeping. Anywayz,our drum major isnt even on the list,so technically he doesnt need to show yet,but he does. ^.^

nah, i'm never late wink
on time for me is at least 30 minutes early!
sometimes the other drum major is late to something because of his job
but usually we're both always on time c:
after all, it is our responsibility to start the rehearsal!
nothing would go right without us

after all, it is our responsibility to start the rehearsal!
nothing would go right without us At least you have 2 drum majors, our band has only one, because when we were voting, our band director would usually pick the 2 highest percentages. This year, 64% of the band voted on one person who is a junior this year. ^.^ So our band director decided to have only one DM this year.
