Ninjutsu Rules

1] Ninjutsu all require chakra.
2] Ninjutsu cannot be used rapid fire. Hand signs must be used for elemental jutsu.
3] No ninjutsu may be a combination of multiple elements. This would be a kekkei genkai technique.
4] No ninjutsu may act like a seal, genjutsu, or summon.
5] If you imbue your fists with fire or your feet with ice, then it is a ninjutsu, not a taijutsu.
6] Almost everything that is not a genjutsu, taijutsu, seal, or summon and uses chakra is a ninjutsu.
