I was spending the night at my friends house and I stayed up untill 3 in the mourning talking to her 16 year old brother who I think came into her room while we were asleep and raped me..
Are there any signs I can look for on him and myself that he raped me and that I was raped? I'm 15 if that helps any e.e''

Check for body fluid I guess. :/
Or check your hymen.
However with both there's also the case of natural discharge and the hymen wearing away depending on how physically active you are.
I wish Lorien was on. She's better with this stuff. ._.

If you think you might have been raped, the best thing would be to get yourself to a doctor as soon as you can. They can examine you and know what to look for. Things like burning, pain, bleeding, and bruising or swelling could be signs of rape.

Rape is really difficult to prove. Like Ash said, any fluid could be your own, so you'd have to have it tested to be sure. And even then it would be difficult to prove in court that it wasn't consensual. Your hymen can tear from other things. Burning or bleeding might be a clue, but it's not concrete evidence that will hold up in court either since burning could be your imagination, bleeding could be your period, it could have been consensual sexual activity for all the court knows, etc.
But unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper, you probably would have woken up if your clothes were taken off and you were raped during the night. So unless you have a good reason to suspect him, there is a good chance you were not raped and have nothing to worry about. 3nodding But you should definitely visit a doctor for a check up, pregnancy test, and STD tests just to be on the safe side.

She is right. But I don't get how she could say that she was raped just because she was talking to her brother till like 3 in the morning.

No Lemme explain this so your not confused :/
When I went to sleep that night in his sster's room, I left the door halfway open and when I woke up the next day that door had been closed. I know his mom and sister didn't do it because they both didn't wake up untill 10 in the morning and I got up at 8. And Alex was awake when I got up.
And Yes I am a Very Heavy sleeper = w=

You assume you were raped just because the door was closed? Not to be rude, but that's a pretty big and pretty absurd assumption to make. Not to mention that to sleep through someone undressing you, raping you, then dressing you again would be extremely unlikely in itself. Sex is usually pretty uncomfortable for a woman if she isn't prepared for it (in the mood, lubricated, and relaxed). So from what you told us, I'd say it's far more likely that someone got up during the night or woke up early in the morning and closed the door so that they wouldn't wake you up when they got a drink, flushed the toilet, or whatever.

Most vaginas will not be wet enough for easy and painless penetration unless the girl is actually in the mood. And even that sometimes isn't enough.

What would give you the impression that you may have been raped?

If that were the case,
