Basic concept is simple enough: A build along the lines of a Crystal Abundance OTK, with a small cadre of Scrap teched in for a Synchro engine.
The initial idea also included some more of the Beast support from DREV, but as you can plainly see...I flat-out ran out of room.

Er does there effect go off if they are destroyed by their own effect? That and I would not use them for a Synchro engine for Crystal Beasts. I would go with a Cat/Monk engine or a Firedog/Magician Engine instead. Reason for the Cat/Monk Engine you can grab a few Crystal Beasts with Cat, or the other choices like Airbellum, especially Carbuncle. Second reason for it Monk can also grab you a Topaz or Pegasus if you want. Reason for the Firedog/Magician Engine. Its just way more consistient than the Scraps I think.

Yep. If a Scrap destroys itself with its own effect, it triggers.
The only CB Rescue Cat can grab is Amethyst Cat (Carbuncle = Fairy-type.) With only 2 valid targets, it seemed a bad idea to run something that could very easily become a dead draw.
The Flamvell idea seems like it could have some use, though. Might have to take a look at that.
