Oh no I meant like with my guild with the character I already have a pretty good clue what I need to improve like you said mostly my promos need work also like you stated not so much in Velocity but in solo work
I think for your guild you seem to be running it fine.
As long as you have a general idea of what you're going for, do promos based on that, or promos based on feuds. Try to put over your opponent, or whatever the storyline entails.
Try to tell a story with your character but in their personality, if your character was dark you wouldn't want them to be acting like Cena. If they were cocky and arrogant you wouldn't want them acting like the Undertaker.
Those are just examples
