☾ My Life
I roll out of bed like everyone else. I put my pants on one leg at a time, but when you look like this, who needs pants? And I know what you must think- I'm handsome, incredibly charming- and you're right! Who else could get away with it with such grace and precision? Who would you want to handle this task besides me? I know, I'm just that good.
I've been living with my uncle for a few years now. I left home my freshman year after my dad gave me this nasty cut. That drunken idiot... My mom and little brother puts up with him, but I wish my bro would at least stay here with us. At least my uncle understands. Ricky is pretty laid back, even his job doesn't require too much of him and he seems to enjoy it. My brother, Anthony does visit often, asking if I'll come back soon. Once dad stops drinking, I'll think about it.
I got this part time job recently. I work the afternoon shift at a convenience store. The owner isn't so harsh on me and I usually am able to get my school work done when it's slow. I've actually started to like the job. It's close to the school so it's easy to get work started. I'm either restocking or behind the counter. I think a few admirers have started to show up. I just have to give most of them a wink and a smile and they keep coming back for more.
I got this job so I can keep my car running. She's a real piece of work; old and a little rusty, but my car was a present from my grandpa. You have to appreciate gifts! As long as I keep her in good health, she'll keep me going from A to B when I need her. I've already gotten new breaks, but I still need to keep working... Who knows what she'll need next.
After work, I'm usually home before Ricky, Anthony may or may not be hanging out on the couch. If he's there, I usually take him out to eat or go play games. If I'm there alone I finish up chores my uncle and I haven't gotten to and I'll play some video games. I might not even go home right after work. The gym is down the street and you know I go there for more than just staying in shape.
Then it all repeats again. Until the weekend, where I go to the beach or for a night on the town.
