Well, I don't know how, yet I've bred three pokemon so far with perfect IVs, according to the IV Calculator... Am I lucky, or what?! ^^
I'll be glad to breed more, and offer those I already have... Post here if you're interested, and I may post a list in response. ^^ I don't want to bother unless there's genuine interest. ^^U
I also have an Adamant and UT Treecko for trade... Post if you're interested in him, as well. I hope he finds a good home. ; - ;

O.o Do you mean all 6 IVs perfect? If so I would love to give that Treecko a home. The odds of it having all 6 stats perfect is astronomically high. 3nodding

The Treecko doesn't have perfect IVs, sadly... Yet I bred a Castform and Piplup that do. ^^U Sorry to confuse you!!
