My dragon deck is far to slow for its own good and I can't win because of it. I was thinking about putting something like lanowar elves for mana and chump blockers or sakura tribe elders or something. The following is my deck:
-lands
10 mountains
9 forests
-creatures
1 hunted dragon
2 dragon tryrants
2 ryusei, the falling stars
2 fledgling dragons
2 vampiric dragons
2 rorix bladewing
2 furnace whelps
3 dragon speaker shaman
2 raging goblins
3 spark elementals
2 Krosan drover
-instants/socerys
3 dragon storms
3 desperate rituals
3 seething songs
2 browbeats
3 rampant growth
2 kodama's reach
-enchantments/artifacts
2 defense of the heart
2 lotus petals
again it is to slow
the way my deck wins is to 3rd turn desperate ritual then 2 seething songs, tap the remaing one land and dragon storm for 4 or use two lotus petals and dragon storm for 6 dragons. with the 4 dragons its 2 ryusei, the falling star, Rorix, bladewing and Vampiric dragon; with 6 2 ryusei, Rorix, 2 Vampiric dragons, and a fledgling dragon. Both ways their creatures die from the two ryusei then my dragons stomp the life out of my opponent. The problem is i never get the dragons out fast enough and i cant stay alive in the beginning.

try throwing some heart warden's.. they cost 1(G) and can produce one green mana whenever they tap... and also you can pay (2) and sack him to draw a card. a good elf for a common. alsoQuirion Elves and Goblin Clearcutter can bolth give you mana that you might need to generate.id also throw in alot more lands sense this is a dragon deck.

YOu could wait for the next set where they are going to have greeen red dragon and elf cards. It should have prerelease tournaments on the 21 (of jan) and the official set is out feb 3rd. just a thought but you might want to add a kilnmouth even though it cost a lot you can get it extremely powerful with those other cards you have!

I would suggest Form of the Dragon for defence, and add some Dragon Roost.

i suggest 4 furnace whelps, 4 dragonspeaker shamans, and 4 seething songs...and 4 rorix.
3rd turn song, shaman and whelp. 4th turn rorix, attack for 8 (or 10). 5th turn pump the whelp and swing for 13 (assuming you've had a land drop each turn) yay! game over!

i made some dragon decks, and i suggest a lot lower costing dragons, then use some Cryptic Gateways, and you should try to add in some black dragons, along with other black cards

Wow. Only 19 mana? For a dragon deck you need 25-30 mana. That's your problem.
