The Travel, the people, the food we get, the other bands, mostly the music. OH man, we're going to New York for our trip this year biggrin

In my band, there are three classifications: the stoners, the smart kids, and the freshmen.
But I love playing bassoon in my band because I'm still fairly new at it, so my teacher doesn't expect much out of me, so if I'm not feeling too well during band, I can just fake it, and he knows I'm bad anyway. xD

Our band is student-run, so I think we have a lot of responsible but fun people too...more than the average smile Who is Puffer Fish Having an excuse to get out of things you don't want to do. (eg: "Hey do you want to do *something* this weekend?" "Lol can't, have marching band") Oh yeah, I love that. My entire social schedule revolves around the football season now. And the basketball season, to a lesser extent.

As much free food as we want at football games because the band boosters run the refreshments stand
knowing you always have a group to sit with at lunch
crazy bus rides and hotel rooms (one time including a lightsaber battle with another band)
Free football games
you have something to do during the summer break if your like me and have no life besides band
ect. ect.

You get to hear someone slip coming out of the closet during movie night at the rich band kid's house.
While watching Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story:
Burgan: "Hey, I thought you said there'd be p***s!"
Me: *Stares at screen full of naked women laying on beds and around the room*
Swartz: "Are you disappointed, Alex?"
*Close up of p***s in everyone's faces*
Burgan: "Okay."

Umm, I know some people already probably posted some of these but..
- Food!
- Band only trips (like amusment parks, disney world, D.C)
- Fun
- After parties (for after concerts)
- Tours
