After exiting the Tokyo airport, Billy decided that her first destination would be the Tokyo Drome. There was a lot to do there, and since BIlly-Allison had no job at the moment she had nothing but time and boredom to kill. And killing was her specialty. Drome City seemed to have a lot to offer with it's many shops and restaurants not to mention it's amusement park. What better place to blend in then at an amusement park. At any park their would be carnies who were paid to dress up funny, so Billy with her unavoidable horns felt she could blend in nicely. The drive was long as Billy had gotten lost, reading a map not being a specialty of hers, especially one written in a language she barely understood. But however long the drive Billy-Allison had made it to the City. Billy parked her stolen vehicle on some unknown street and exited out grabbing her bags. The largest bag held her Saw Blade, taking hold of the bag she swung it on her back the strap of the bag hanging on her right shoulder. With her other hand she took hold of her second bag which carried very little clothing and essentials, the rest being nothing but money. To Billy money was everything and with her line of work she was never on a shortage of it. With both bags Billy left the vehicle with it's drivers side door completely open, it wasn't Billy's car so she didn't care if some other stupid kids stole it or stole what was inside of it. It was no concern of hers.

Billy's firsts stop was a thrift shop. It was a small shop but a very nice looking one with many little trinkets that were like eye candy, you had to stop in and take a peek. So she did. As Billy opened the door she had to bend down to enter the shop as her horns hit the frame of the door. But once she was inside she was fine though she did have to be cautious of things hanging from the ceiling. She wasn't in the mood to have things tangle in her horns. The owner was a old woman, she was tiny when compared to Billy. When billy came closer to the cash where the old woman was, the owner smiled to Billy and with a weak but gentle voice said "Welcome deary, Are you having trouble looking for something?" Before answering Billy took a look to the right of her and then shifted to the left staring at everything and anything on the shelves. Glancing back at the old woman she nodded her head no.
"No, I`m fine... Umm, Thanks."
Billy wasn't used to using manners, naturally she was brash and rude. Any other time Billy would have yelled or completely ignored the person but this was an old, very old woman and despite Billy's cold heart, she couldn't be rude to someone who was so old and frail. Perhaps if the woman was younger and didn't look like she was ready to bite the big one Billy would have been more natural sounding. Not wanting to continue on a conversation with the woman Billy-Allison turned around and walked away from the woman but stayed inside the store. It seemed the Old Woman could tell by Billy's voice that Billy-Allison was uncomfortable and was holding back. As such it made the Old woman chuckle. "Well my Dear, if you need help don't hesitate to ask." And with that the Old Woman headed into the back room, though she had a good view of the cash so if Billy had something to buy she would be able to see and come to assist. Billy peer back through the corner of her said nothing and went on looking around. What was most appealing to Billy was the jewelery. Billy loved Jewelery whither it was selling it, wearing it, stealing it, or receiving it. If it came in jewel form she like it. Their were so many to look at and even though much of the stones were fakes and cheap she still liked them. They were nice to look at and many of the chains and pendents were unique and stylish. Well with all the cash she had on her it would make no difference if she bought a cheap necklace or bracelet. With her target layered eyes she glanced at each and weighed out which ones she liked best and could see herself wearing. It took her a couple minutes but she found one she liked. It was a gold coloured bracelet with a heart shaped cut out in it. Naturally with Billy's hands being the way they were she would not be able to wear it but she wanted it. So carefully she picked it up and headed towards the cash. Placing the trinket down on the counter the Old woman slowly came and rang her purchase up. Billy still holding her true nature back said in a voice as calm she she could, "Thank you.." The old woman only smiled, "No, Thank you and please come again." And with that Billy exited out the shop and back onto the streets. For some reason that simple encounter made Billy-Allison feel weird and uneasy. Hell if she would ever go back into that shop. Billy needed to find a job and one that involved blood shedding and carnage.

Once outside the store Billy headed towards the amusement park, she needed some excitement so where else better to do so then an amusement park. As Billy walked she continued to get stares, especially ones of fear and confusion. Whatever it was nothing knew she expected it, it was no shock to her. A young girl still in her teens walking around with fairly revealing clothing and a body that turned heads, though after seeing the horns that grew from her skull and the black metal around her hands no one was staring at her body. Good, Billy-Allison hated being ogled. Obviously she didn't help her situation by dressing trashy but this was an attire she felt comfortable in and fought well in, so what did it matter. Billy kept walking with her head held high making no eye contact with any of the innocents that walked past. It wasn't hard not to make eye contact as almost everyone Billy walked past held their heads low and refrained from staring at her. The fear everyone gave off made Billy excited. She loved their fear it made her feel powerful, oh how she loved power.

As Billy-Allison walked in a same pace stride a young boy who looked to be 8-12 years old ran up to Billy causing her to stop in her tracks. The boy had a real curious and deviant look in his eyes, Billy having a more of an irritated look on her face. What now, that was all that went through Billy-Allison's mind as the boy just continued to stare at her. Finally after seconds of silence, which to Billy was like an eternity, the boy finally spoke. "Hey, Devil Lady. Are those horns on your head real or are you some stupid girl who likes to dress up." He chuckled quite amused with himself. Really, she was stopped for this. Stupid kids. They were always so annoying. Billy rolled her eyes and rather then dignify him with an answer took hold of his head with her large clawed hand, the boy in complete shock, and lifted him up. The boy was small and didn't weigh much so it was easy for her to pick him up with only one hand and move him out of her way. As Billy had a hold on the boy she swung her hand to her right and released the boy causing him to fall to the ground and land on his butt with a shriek of pain. Without averting her gaze from in front of her Billy continued walking the same way she was going. Hopefully now she could have a peaceful journey. Doubt it. The young boy got up to his feet his hand taking hold of his sore and possibly bruised butt. Tear could be seen forming around his eyes but he held them back and rubbed them away with his other free hand. Determined he decided to follow Billy. Again but this time from a distance behind her the boy yelled, "Are you going to answer my question Devil Lady!" This brave child had a serious death wish, Billy was in no mood to play games and killing children was not something she was against, she had killed so many in her life time, what was one more. Once more Billy stopped in her tracks however she turned around a grin piercing her lips as her eyes locked on to the small brat.
"Child... You pessimistic child, If you do not turn around and walk away I will send you to my domain. Any guess where that may be." Billy sounded cheeky and devilish at the same time. Maybe the boy would get the message and just leave. But no, he decided to stay and keep pushing her patience. Which was short to start with and reaching the brim as of now. The boy just laughed with such innocence, oh how Billy`s stomach turned, vomit city. "Lady your funny." Oh good, glad my misery could be your amusement she thought as once again she rolled her eyes. Turning around and heaving a sigh Billy continued to walk hoping the child would find something more interesting to occupy his time with... Something like a rock... What did kids like to play with? Billy spent her entire childhood living in a lab, she never experienced the life of a normal child. Oh well no point dwelling on the past. As Billy walked the small boy followed behind her still talking. Billy was not listening and tuned the child out so he was pretty much talking to a brick wall, the boy oblivious to that fact however. He was talking and talking about god knows. Kill him I will kill him now, thats all Billy thought. But she was in public and she couldn`t stir things up now, she just got here. So Billy and the small boy both walked together, unwillingly for Billy, both heading to the amusement park. Perhaps when she gets their she will be able to lose him in a crowd... Ugh, crowds. Billy hated crowds. Anyway she looked at it she was losing this battle.

[[Crime, Don't Take it Seriously. It's Only Business...]]

Billy-Allison kept walking with this young boy following behind her. He could not have been more then three steps away from her. And he was still talking! Did he not get that this Assassin was not paying any amount of attention to him and that his words were being wasted on her. Right now she was a brick wall and he was clueless. Billy-Allison could feel the veins in her head growing and pulsing, her anger was on the raise. Well it wasn't so much anger as it was annoyance. Billy did not have patience, it was no secret. But this kid was completely oblivious and living in his own little world, he has rejected Billy's reality and replaced it with his own. Dear lord, that was all Billy could muster to mentally say. So in hopes of loosing him Billy used to her long legs and began to speed walk, or rather speed jog at the rate she was going, but no this little kid would not give in and continued following her. Ugh, was she at the amusement park yet? Billy was hoping if she continued with the speed she was going and if she remained completely silent and dignified him with no answer that he would grow bored and leave her alone... So far her plan was backfiring. But there was a ray of hope as Billy looked up and the first thing she saw was a large roller coaster in the near distance. Never had anything look more beautiful in all Billy's life. This sight gave her motivation to move it faster as she began jog/walking even faster. This time the boy seemed to be having trouble keeping up with her but still managed to follow her all the way to the park. Billy was at the check in counter and a teenage boy who looked as if he did not want to be their said to Billy is a mono tone, "Hello and welcome. Do you have a pass or will you be buying a ticket." The boy hadn't even looked up to Billy he was more interested in the ground. Billy couldn't really blame him, this job looked like it sucked. Before Billy could answer the teen worker the young boy jumped in, "Two tickets please!" Oh yeah, Billy didn't think so. Once more she grabbed the boy by the head with her large skeletal clawed hands and picked him right off the ground. Others around her looking to get in stared in complete awe and shock as she did so. Many looked to each other and started to whisper, Whatever. With the young boy in hand Billy walked out of the line and back to the entrance of the Park. It came to her that she would not be able to lose this child. She had lost... Oh that scared deep in her brain. Finally at the entrance Billy walked over to a free and empty bench. Lifting the boy up higher she sat him down on the bench and then sat down beside him sighing. The boy looked over at her confused. "I give up. You win child..." If only you could hear the burn in Billy's voice as those words fluttered out her mouth. It made her want to vomit and stab herself in the brain. Sitting on the bench Billy just leaned back her a** almost off the bench, her eyes dead looking as she stared up at the clear blue sky. It was a nice day, reality sucked though. The young boy kind of just stared at her with a blank expression on his face watching every action of hers, lucky for Billy there was a great silence. Beautiful silence, to bad it was a short silence. Once the boy caught himself he figured since he "won" he would ask a few questions. "So lady, are those horns real?" he asked the sound of curiosity and excitement rolling in his voice. At first Billy didn't acknowledge that question and almost refused to answer it but the boys stare was burning a hole in her. "Yes.." She said with not an ounce of emotion. And with his answer he continued his questions, "Whats with your hands?" "What do you do for a living?" "Where do you come from?" "Are you a monster?" ...Did this child not breath? All this questions just floated out his mouth in sequence. And so in the same tone Billy-Allison answered, "Experimentation. Kill People and Steal Stuff. The North. Yes." The boys eyes just seemed to light up. Billy only wondered what was so fascinating? But again the boy continued his questions this time getting a little more personal, "Whats your name?" "Do you have a famous hitman name?" "How old are you?" "How many people have you killed?" "Do you have a enemy?" ...Could this child not be satisfied? What did he want! Should he be running away in fear! What was wrong with this child! "Billy. Tempest. Old. To many. Not really..." Not the most giving answers but he seemed to take them with a grain of salt. Perhaps now he would just leave it alone.

However instead of getting a break she was interrupted, only this time it was not the annoying child, no this time an older gent. came up to Billy a smile on his face. He was not a good looking man, not at all. He was dressed in a suite and had a sway to him. Mafia, no doubt. The young boy looked to the man who gave the two a chuckle, Billy still being emotionless. The young boy looked to the man and there was no blaming him, the boy was frightened. Taking hold of Billy's sleeve on her jacket the boy inched closer as if expecting Billy to protect him. Did she look like a baby sitter, and oh sure be scared of the old man and not the devil horned girl from hell. Children these days, no sense to them. So back to the ugly old man who was doing nothing but chuckling and standing by the bench. If he had business he better state it, he was growing annoying and unlike the child she wasn't going to stand by and let him live. He was old past his prime... So finally Billy shifted her view, her red target eyes glaring at him, an unimpressed look on her face. As the man noticed her looking at him he figured now would be the time to strike, poor fool. The old man draw his gun and pointed it at Billy's head, a smirk on his face. "Hey Girly, how about you give me those bags of yours or you and the kid dies." He said trying to be as intimidating as possible. Billy rolled her eyes. Perhaps he figured she was from the Park, a carny of some sort. Big mistake on his part. Oh well all he wanted was her bags, why not let him have it? And so Billy picked up her large bag holding her Saw Blade, unknown to him, and tossed it at him. Obviously if the man was using a low class hand gun he was not very strong. As she tossed her Blade the man got ready to catch it with his other hand but as it came down the man noticed something was wrong when he caught it and he began to drop back. The bag was heavy, rather to heavy for him to have caught and hold. So as her blade fell onto the man he dropped down on the ground and in panic pulled the trigger of his gun. As he had fallen the direction of his gun had shifted onto the small boy and as mentioned it fired. The boy shut his eyes and looked away in fear, but as the echoing sound of the gun vanished he slowly turned and opened his eyes only to notice Billy's large Clawed hand right infront of him, her hand closed. The man holding the gun was pinned under the weight of Billy's blade only stared and shuttered as Billy slowly opened her hand, the bullet smashed falling to the ground, a pleased smile on Billy's face.
"Thank you. I really needed a punching bag." Billy said happy, which the tone of her voice caused the man to panic and try getting to his feet, but Billy was not about to let him escape. Getting up off the bench she placed on foot over top her blade that pinned the man down and pressed down her weight making sure he could not move. In fear he dropped his gun. Good she thought, make it easier. Raising her hand Billy reached out with her claw to take hold of the mans head, the bladed tips ready to tear off his head. The younger boy was startled and could only sit and watch. Others around who had heard the shot began to surround again whispers could be heard. How fun witnesses. But before Billy could kill the man a hand was reached out and took hold of Billy's arm making it so she could not move any further. Did someone just stop her fun? No one did such a thing and lived. Turning her head she noticed a younger looking man with long blonde hair tied up standing beside the man on the ground, a firm grip on her arm. Obviously this man was stronger then his lackey friend. Before Billy could say anything the man whispered in an audible tone, "The Police are on their way. I suggest you follow me unless you plan on fighting it out with the entire police force." It was no mystery to Billy what was going on now. She had been in this situation many times before. This Blonde man was a boss of some sort of organization and he was looking for Billy to enhance his business of sorts by killing off the competition. It was only natural that when you have an eye out for an assassin that you send in a lackey to test out the skills of said assassin. However this lackey was lucky for having such a boss as most times the lackey's sent would be killed before the boss decided to step in. Whatever no point standing around looking like idiots. So Billy picked up her bags, allowing the man to get up. The lackey looked to his boss then to Billy, "What about the kid." Billy just rolled her eyes. "He's fine. Leave him alone and he'll go home on his own. Right." The boy didn't give an answer and instead just nodded and ran away. And so Billy followed the Blonde man to wherever.

At to be what was to be expected as the Blondes man base or whatever the man offered Billy a seat on a small couch as he took a seat behind a big desk. Looking right at Billy he smiled. "I have heard a lot about you Tempest Storm." The Blonde man put his hands together and rested them on his desk still smiling, Billy having that same and familiar blank look on her face. "Obviously it's no secret what I'm about to ask of you." Really depends on what he's heard. Anyways she just wanted him to get to the point and cash. "Well you see, I'm but a small 'Organization' and I'm in need of some special services to grow. And so I'm asking of you to use all your skills to eliminate the top Mafia families or at least weaken them." The Blonde signaled to another lackey of his and this lackey brought over to Billy a folder. He then tossed it on the table infront of her.
"I see. Sounds like fun and I'm guessing these are the 'competition' I'm to take out." The Blonde nodded to her still smiling. Billy took hold of the folder and placed it in her bag. Now it was time to get down to real business, payment. "Since you know so much about me, You know I'm not cheap. Lets talk money." "Of course. For your services I'm willing to pay 20 Million up front and 100 thousand for every kill. Sound good?" He asked. Well it sounded good to her and by the size of this folder she could retire and buy four islands with this kind of cash. Billy smiled and stared the Blonde right in the eyes. "Sounds good, You have yourself a deal Sir..." "My name is not important, That folder has everything you need in order to get into contact, your free to go. I have already purchased your train ticket to Naminori. You leave in 2 hours. I will have my driver take you there." He said lastly once more signaling his lackeys. Giggling Billy took hold of her things and stood up off the couch. Rather then exchange words she gave a nodded and proceeded out along side one of the lackeys.

A black car pulled up infront of Billy and the lackey as they walked outside, Billy having no real idea where she was and how she had gotten there, it wasn't as if she was drugged or anything for she wasn't, it was just she zoned out on the walk and didn't take notice of the surroundings, oh well. Putting his things in the back seat Billy jumped in the passenger seat. Still she said nothing not really wanting to start a conversation with the man driving. As she was settled the car started on it's way to the train station. It was a long and silent drive which was good for Billy as she was not in the mood for chatting, especially since that young boy had chattered her out. God was she glad he was gone. Finally the car pulled to a stop and the man said, "Were here." And with that Billy exited out of the car with her things and hopped aboard the train as it took off for Naminori City where she was to start her mission.
