Welcome to Chaotic Empire; Ruled by the formers - Kuraodo229, Sex Exchange, and Vita Cruelle's Charity. The charity is now run by Sexichyna, Bichnaneun Wiseong, Cicrea, and Vedette IV. We are here to assist you in making your impossible quests become a reality. This charity thread was created with the hope of giving back to those who deserve what they have always wanted on Gaia. We shall do our best to live up to our generous titles bestowed upon us, and help make your dream avatars and quests completed. Please read this entire thread before posting. Especially the rules, seeing that if you don't follow them you may end up being banned from the guild. We hope you all make this a nice experience.

Rules
• Do not send any crew member PMs unless stated otherwise. You will be instantly banned if it is begging for donations/trades.
• We do not want to see mules in here. If we find out you have a mule here you will be instantly banned. [These are due to reasons of entering in contests, or such multiple times.]
• Do not beg for donations/trades repeatedly from anyone.
• Be kind, flaming and trolling is not tolerated.
• Follow Gaia’s ToS.
• Do not spam the forums(This includes posting emotes, pictures, & bumps over and over)
• No complaining about being hacked, scammed, or any other related things.
• No advertising what so ever. (except for siggys)
• Do not try to sell things in here. Go to the Exchange.
• Do not post in the main forum. This section is for official threads only from the crew and owners.
• Do not recruit members of this thread to start another charity or guild in any way. That is disrespectful to CEC.
Failure to follow these rules will result in being banned from the guild immediately. We expect all posters to be considerate and kind with no rude remarks what so ever. We do allow you to post your current quests. This may be in the form of a Tektek list, questbar, or a non-page stretching post. Please, and we stress this, do NOT constantly post your quests. This can become extremely annoying to other people in the guild. We recommend you re-post quests every other day. Be noted you will not get any donations if you post and ditch, you must be active.

How to Get Donations
To receive donations in this guild you must be active poster in the guild. This is not a hit and run charity. You must prove to us that you truly, madly, deeply want the items you dream of. To do this you have to:
★ Post the Donation Form located at the bottom of this post in a comment in the following thread. Fill it out completely. We like to see paragraphs people:

★ Post frequently in this guild. We want to know you are determined to have these items, and determination we love! It's not about the more you post; the higher your chances. It's about your activity within the guild. Are you just posting emotes, or are you striking conversations. Are you glumly bumping, or trying to make a game out of things.
★ Bringing attention and activity to our guild will also certainly get you closer to receiving that glorious trade from us. Sporting banners in your sig, or even making them for the guild.
★ We love kind acts of charity. Don't you? Be it handing out art freebies of any kind within the guild, or those small thoughtful gifts to others, or doing simple services, we encourage you to join in on the donations and gift giving.
★ When we think you deserve a donation, we will send you a Trade. Please, do not send us PMs or trade requests, for this will only annoy us. Annoying us is not a good thing.
★You are now require to have a minimum of 150 posts within the guild in order to receive donations.
Below is the form to be considered for donations. We like to know as much as possible to get the items of your dreams a little bit more in your grasps.
