Still having problems sending Guild Announcements, so just a quick note to set some minds at ease:

I will be checking activity, but for now, not of the guild itself. I will be checking profiles for "dead" accounts - accounts that haven't been used in a year or more.

Also, don't forget to pick up your Enigma Stone from Nintendo Wi-Fi! Remember, you only 20 days left to get it, and you have to have the National Pokedex! So if you're lagging behind in HG and SS (like me), you should probably try to catch up, a.s.a.p.!
