Jim is a famous actor and did promotional work for the original EWA when it was operated by Vincent James McBadman. However upon Vincent's passing, Chrono Clepsydra took over the company and ordered Jim to be the new Commissioner. Jim's personality is a bit of an Old Englishman. He likes the finer things in life, is not a fan of fighting however will lay down the law if needed. He believes that people should settle their own disputes. He enjoys putting on a good shows. Jim is a huge fan of Freddie Mercury, enjoys tea and biscuits, and reading screen plays.
