I had a hard time finding this chapter to be honest. On top of that, it was at least a day late. With the publishers new stance on scanlated manga, sites everywhere are just displaying "licensed" where Skip Beat would normally have been.
That aside, this chapter was eh, in my opinion. I dunno, but Ren's brooding is really starting to get to me. Maybe I'll just have to hop over to the Hate section and post in that thread once more. ;D
So basically Ren is pretty put off by the fact that Kyoko could seem so calm despite walking in on his glorious naked form. He kinda sulks, and cacoons himself in his blankets, moaning about ill omens and the fact that he forgot about the broken watch's existance, even for a moment. Meanwhile, Kyoko is having her own mini panic attack about preserving both Setsu's character, as well as her own modesty. Haha, I must say, it would have been tons more interesting had Kyoko just walked out in her sexy panties, but alas. Afterwards, she calls Yashiro about Ren's work schedule and the next day the two "siblings" meet up with Lory and the make-up artist, who are also both now rocking some awesome "dangerous" looks. Lory picks up on the fact that something is wrong with Ren, and the two have a chat about protective charms and handcuffs. Heavy stuff.
The next chapter is set to come out Aug. 20th I believe. All I can say is if Ren pushes Kyoko away again...sigh.
Anyways, what are your guys' thoughts on this chapter. I'd love to at least know that I'm not just posting these all up in vain...or talking to myself. xD
