He doesnt need ninja he only needs it if hes making a "Stealth class" which is a class that alot of people use including me .
Stealth class requires :
Ump 45 -Silenced
Any secondary - Silenced
Claymore
Flash or stun
Marathon pro
Cold blooded pro
Ninja pro

any weapon silenced, with
any secondary as long as it's silenced, or a stinger, with
any secondary,
any blue perk, and cold blooded and ninja pro
Being Stealth one of your priorities is to remain mobile without detection so Marathon would be the preferred choice over the other classes. Stealth mean staying quiet so you could have unsilenced weapons as long as you remain quiet. For example:
ACR-Heartbeat
Any silenced pistol or machine pistol
Any equipment. (Mine is C4 for self planned traps)
Smoke
Marathon
Cold Blooded
Ninja
This is just my class for locating non ninja players and for one I like using pistols as well and I am quite good at using them but that's just me.
