Background: when in the Grass Village, all his teachers thought Tenmaru showed promise. But he scared his teachers with his aptitude for genjutsu, unlike the villages predominantly ninjutsu based arts. With his father disappeared and his mother dead, the village wasted no time shipping him off elsewhere. with the intent of getting him as far away from the village as possible, they sent him to this village with nothing more than his headband as a letter of reccomendation.
