I think most Sailor Moon memes count as creepypasta! xd
Seriously have you heard a few of them? They get out there, some of them insist that Usagi gets killed and etc. I'm not sure if there's specific stories that go further into detail but I'm sure fanfiction.net is excellent for that.
That and the um...adult content...doujinshi. burning_eyes
I'm not sure if it's SPECIFICALLY creepypasta but it's SCARY AS ALL HECK! eek

There's plenty of it here, but it's usually lighter that most creepypasta. It's not Sailor Moon, but it's kind of fun to look at and see what you can or can't be jolted by. Be warned: some images are VERY DISTURBING, and others are... Well, stupid, but you get my point.

In all honesty, I have extreme difficulty imagining a Sailor Moon creepypasta really working.
Also, the "OMG TERRIFYING LOST EPISODE OF CHILDREN'S MEDIA" vein is pretty well played out, at least for the foreseeable future - I mean, you've got Suicide Mouse, Dead Bart, Squidward's Suicide, that Family Guy one... if a SM pasta were to be attempted, now would not be the best time, I'm thinking.
