Suggestions:
-Try looking out the window and write what you see
-Go to the park and smell flowers
-Write about your trip there
-Write things you heard or seen
-Write using all your senses
-Find a old toy write about your favorite experience with it
-What it means to you
-Find a photo of a good time with a friend, write as much as you can that day
-Remember something that was important you and write why, how and everything you can about
-Try using alliteration, rhythm, or rhyming
-See your favorite shoes, write about where they took you
-Raining? Go outside and absorb the smells, tastes, sights, feelings and see what you come up with
-Try looking into philosophy
-Try staring at a white and let your imagination go wild and write the colors and images you saw
-Write you favorite color down then something that reminds you of it and so on and so forth see where you end up

Tips:
-Always carry a ten cent notebook around with you, never know when an idea will strike
-Try writing an hour a day of anything, if nothing else the events of that day or previous or dreamed
-Try writing at the same time everyday
-Try doing similar things right before writing like:
-walking the dog
-getting a glass of water
-jogging
-play solitary
-play video games
-talk to your self aloud (even if your surrounded by love ones strangers or people in white coats(Sometimes if your nice they'll give you a nice warm jacket))
-meditate
-pray to the flying spaghetti monster for anything (like for a good day of writing)
-Stare at the clock ticking and toking or changing numbers every minute
-Talk to your ever busy muse for at least a few minutes
-Play with your ever reliable pet for awhile
-Play outside
-Sing (in the shower if no one else loves it)
-Eat
-Soak in tub
-Use a daily facial thing
-Smell the flowers in your garden
-Surf the web
-Check your E-mail
-etc. Anything to let your brain know your going to write soon.-Make writing time special with little interruptions as possible
-Write everything that's in your mind with out back spacing (unless error) even if its just writing "blah blah blah" 50 times in a row (edit later)
-Wear something special when you write or write with something special or have your special object in front of you on the wall etc.

Writing Prompts:
-Favorite dream
-Put all works (All one after another) into here
-Write about the biggest word without using it
-Write about the smallest word
-Write about all the words
-Write a poem using nothing but those words
-Write about an adventure to get your favorite dessert
-Your princess is in another castle write a letter to her
-Write about a lie you told someone
-Write about things you'd pretend to be as a kid
-Eat something and describe
-taste
-texture
-smell,
-what it looks like it
-who made it
-how it was made
-
