I dunno what to say about her anymore. I still enjoy her "I Kissed a Girl", "Hot N Cold", and "Waking up in Vegas", but I'd prefer it if she would keep all of these sort of comments to herself. Only my preference though. biggrin

Lmao, clever. heart When she was a bit smaller in stature, she kept admitting her love for Gaga and called her the Reigning Queen. Ever since she put out California Gurls and has been doing tons of fashion shoots, she's changed a bit. I've seen her interviews from earlier on and I see a difference. I don't like it. Stop it, Katy.

Dear goth, someone shut this b***h up. Back when Katy Perry was a wannabe Bettie Page, she swore up and down how wonderful Gaga is then now she pulls this crap. Cut the Christianity shtick. If you're a Christian, fine. Whatever works for you, but don't go on about god and the bible while you're half naked. I saw a quote in one of the comments of one of the links it was "Her hooters are her career. it's a shame what passes as talent now adays"
Which reminded me of what a friends told me
"I like lady gaga but katy perry is hotter so that kinda makes me like her more than gaga" (this comment made my jaw drop)
It's so sad that people go on looks now instead of talent. (I know that that was just one person but i'm sure there are several more people out there.)
But i don't think we'll have to worry about Katy. Gaga's monsters are always loyal and she's a true artist who has already surpassed Katy and Katy's been around longer.

I just think it's funny how Katy hasn't exactly gotten much heat since becoming mainstream, at least not when compared to people like Lady GaGa or Ke$ha, who get abuse thrown their way left and right for writing their own songs and not giving a flying rat's a** about what the stupid people think.
Not to mention, GaGa get's bashed for homoerotic content in videos like Telephone or Alejandro, yet Katy didn't get nearly as much heat when "I Kissed a Girl" came out
Hopefully Katy's recent bullshit will give her her own share of the heat that comes with The Fame, and she will get her act together. And then she will have to give GaGa a big apology. And GaGa will give her a warm, pop-scented hug, and I will wish I was in Katy's place

That's always been a problem with society. If two men were on the street sharing an innocent kiss, there would be ranting and raving about it all over the media. However if two girls were making out on the same street, people would go on about how hot it is and record it on their phones to beat off to later. It's deemed more sexually appealing to society when girls engage in homosexual activity than men, so it's seen as acceptable. In addition to that, all women in one way or another are considered bisexual, which of course again society sees as okay. Tee the Wicked Hopefully Katy's recent bullshit will give her her own share of the heat that comes with The Fame, and she will get her act together. And then she will have to give GaGa a big apology. And GaGa will give her a warm, pop-scented hug, and I will wish I was in Katy's place It's possible, but who knows. I'd like to say that Katy is jealous of Gaga (really, as of now Lady Gaga owns the ******** planet and could buy and sell us all at the drop of a hat if she felt like it), but that sounds like typical crazed fan banter so I'll let it go. Katy seems to me as not a one-hit wonder but a bit of a long-lasting flash in the pan; she'll be around in the music industry but then she'll fade. Lady Gaga is a visionary and many years when historians look back at music, pop culture and fashion of the 2000s, Lady Gaga will more than likely pop up. Katy Perry will just be remembered as "that hot chick who was the skanky, American version of Lily Allen that pretended to be bisexual".
