Dark Tournament style FTW
Basic coliseum setup, a round arena raised off of the ground made of solid Adamantium, which spans a good hundred meters in diameter. Surrounding said indestructible platform is open ground, starting with simple grass and expanding to the surrounding trees until reaching, at near a half mile distance, upward climbing sheer cliffs.
Rules are as follows;
- First off, the rules that are already posted in the main sub forum.
- Any character who touches the ground outside of the ring for more then a ten second count, or equivalent three posts (real loose on the ten count ain't it?), will be disqualified from the match. This is literal Dark Tournament style fighting. So, be aware of where you're at, judges have the right to say your character was out of bounds for to long.
- Have fun, don't godmod, not complaining and leave me the heck alone until your match is finished.

"'Bout time this party got started, though it seems my partner is running late..." Zaine said with a sigh, deciding that he may as well relax until his opponent showed up he crouched down and surveyed his surroundings with interest, noting the cool feel of the metal ground of what was to be his battlefield he noted the brilliant shine it gave off thanks to the light from the Sun which hung directly above the arena and bathed the area in its rays. Looking up some Zaine noted the vegetation that had managed to survive in this place, the trees and grass waved in the occasional breeze that managed to get into the bowl that the arena sat in, the massive cliffs that seemed to claw the sky itself provided a natural barrier for this place and were likely made of extremely tough rock to have survived the ravages of time and nature both.
Still sensing no sign of his opponent Zaine allowed himself to fall back onto the metallic ground, "I really hope this guy gets here soon, more importantly though I hope this is a good match." he murmured and closed his eyes slightly, keeping a lookout for his foe from under his hooded gaze he continued with his musings, "I'll be quiet disappointed if this guy is just a waste of my time, and I doubt he will find it good for his health to be a waste..." he allowed the comment to trail off, and sat in silence until the match could start.

Kolya entered the area and run towards the opponent. He had been late, but he still didn't want to slow the fight down. Kolya grabbed his metal box and chanted "Come, Jikken!" as the box suddenly turned to a mercury-like liquid. Kolya stopped and sent Jikken at the enemy. The liquid cut the ground and spiked up while speeding towards Zaine.

"Bout damn time!" Zaine exclaimed as he felt the reiatsu of his opponent enter the arena, grinning wickedly as the Bount released his doll and sent a spike strip across the indestructible arena flooring. Rolling backwards he sprung up with his left hand and stood on the air just out of reach of the spikes. "Well at the least you didn't waste time getting to the main event, I appreciate that a lot Mr. Bounto." He said with a chuckle, his expression was one of unrestrained anticipation and hunger for battle.
Eyes lighting up with excitement he leveled his left finger at the Bount and began to draw in the air surrounding him into a highly concentrated sphere of hurricane force winds, that would explode with enough force to decimate the hard rock of the cliffs with ease, "Wind waker." the shinigami stated blandly, loosing the ball at near shunpo speeds towards his target, bringing his right hand down he let a bandage unwrap from his forearm and touch the arena floor, the Wind waker was a diversion for his real attack. As soon as the bandage hit the ground Zaine tightened the grip on the other end and muttered under his breath two kido. "Hado #11 Tsuzuri Raiden, Hado # 4 Byakurai!" He sent the electrical charge of 11 through the bandage and into the very ground of the arena, luckily the metallic nature of the flooring made it extremely conductive and suitable for his plan. He then channeled the power and speed of Byakurai into the original power of Tsuzuri Raiden, the entire arena floor became charged with dangerous electrical currents, and unfortunately his opponent, his doll was made of metal and he was touching the arena floor, at the least his doll would be paralyzed and he himself would suffer some damage, at the worst he would suffer severe burn damage and possible nerve damage from the powerful current coursing through his form. The only option to get out of this completely unharmed would be to exit the ring or somehow refrain from touching the arena floor.

Katsu noticed the wind attack and dodged it with ease. As he did this he suddenly felt pained at his feet and legs. Katsu took half a second to think and used Jikken to launch Katsu out of the arena. Katsu called Jikken back to him and stood on Jikken who actually extended the main body out of the arena but never touched the outer ground, balancing on one small area in the arena. Katsu was still hurting, but not so much through extended ground. Katsu used Jikken to dig the soil out and throw it on the arena to nulify the electric ground in an area. As Jikken finished, an area of five by five feet(around) was covered by dirt. Katsu stood on this and split Jikken into two parts. A small part was still digging, and the larger part came to Katsu. Katsu sent Jikken, like a whip or snake launched at Zaine.

Zaine found it slightly surprising that an average powered bount easily evaded an attack that was only a hair behind shunpo in speed, though he surmised that he may not have put as much power into the attack seeing as it was merely meant for distracting the bount anyway, smirking to himself as the man flew around the stage on his metallic doll, he even threw dirt onto the charged metal of the arena flooring in what Zaine could only assume to be a misguided attempt to protect himself from the current, however Zaine had long let the electrical power go into the ground since Koyla had somehow managed to get off the highly charged ground.
"I think that it is time for this pitiful display to be put to an end." Zaine drawled, though hidden in his tone was a touch of displeasure at the shabby performance his opponent had put up in the match so far. "Za Shotou Ookami, Sentakushi Tougyo." He said with what was almost a yawn, glancing down at his opponent as he reached behind his back and withdrew his zanpakuto which was morphing as it passed through the air into two distinct blades, one appearing in each hand. "Daughter of the Sky." He murmured before the blades had finished forming, they both took on an aqua aura and shifted again into a pair of blades that were an odd amalgam of pure ice, flowing water, and metal that shifted constantly in their own ways that were both beautiful and odd, considering that the hands that held each sword's hilt were both bone dry despite the flowing water on each sword. This all took place within a blink of an eye and the Vice Captain fluidly slipped into a shunpo that placed him directly above the bount chuckling to himself as the weapons formed of the doll flew towards the spot that he had inhabited merely a heartbeat ago. "You really are quite slow kid, sorry to end it like this but I'm gettin bored. Hope ya don't mind too much." He said with a feral grin before looking up at the clear sky that spanned above them both, squinting his oddly colored eyes in the light he whistled lowly. "Gonna rain soon, and I think it'll be a hard one too." he said with a small smirk to himself.
Suddenly from the clear blue sky a massive downpour began to drench the valley that the arena resided in. Soaking everything to the bone and making the arena sing as the fat, heavy drops slapped onto the metal surface, strangely though Zaine was untouched by the rain, it seemed to hit him of course, but instead of soaking into his clothing or person. The drops slid off as if his body was coated in some sort of liquid resistant solution, but he was merely pushing the water away from himself with his shikai, looking over his shoulder to the Bount he grinned, "Don't you love the rain?" he asked lightly, though something sinister lurked behind the smile, the air had began to cool, subtly of course and in fact it would be near impossible for Koyla detect at all....
(Also, Dirt will not protect you from electricity, in fact it will conduct it better so you should have been pretty wrecked by that attack.)

Kolya fell to a knee when the shock came even stronger. "Must have gotten something confused" Kolya laughed as he forced himself to stand up again. He withdrew Jikken as the rain began an used Jikken as an umbrella, through that didn't stop him from becoming soaked. He made a small step of jikken to stay as dry as possible from the water on the ground as well asuming there was a greater meaning for the rain.

"Sorry to say, this match ends here my friend." Zaine commented with an absent grin, watching as the bount suffered a shock from his own miscalculation. Then as the rain began to hammer down from the sky above, which was steadily becoming more and more dark from the ominous, dark grey thunderheads that had gathered overhead and now loomed heavily on the valley, "Like I said, this was fun but I have to say it is time to move on......thanks for the match though." He said brightly, "Now then let's get started." Slowly inhaling he breathed out in a rush and the temperature in the air began to drop rapidly and severely, within seconds it was below freezing and the downpour was beginning to shift into razor sharp shards of ice that flew from the skies above and shattered on the now slick surface of the arena, which had become basically an ice rink.
Within a few moments the temperature was low enough to freeze liquids on people and freeze one's skin to wet metal, in other words, unless the Bount had a way to unfreeze himself he would be rooted to the same spot he had been standing in,and if the temperature continued to drop at such a rapid rate his metal doll would soon find itself quite fragile...

Kolya felt the sudden change of temperture and felt his body stiffen from the freezing ice. Jikken came as fast as possible and covered Kolya to slow put on an extra shell before the ice hit Kolya. This left him in a bad position but let him survive a little longer, and in battle, to him, to have time like this in battle was useful, though the fact that his arms and legs were almost completely frozen wouldn't be helped by Jikken.
