But he still pisses me the hell off.
So he hardly plays his 360, so I decide that I'll just buy it off of him, it's not in the best shape, but it works and whatever, so I gave him 50 dollars for it, a controller, and a game.
s**t luck I have, because he can't find his controller or his game.
Also, the audio/video out cables he gave me are half-way broken, so I had to go and buy my own. So I have paid 25 more dollars just to be able to play the console than I actually paid for it.
He better give me that god damned controller and that game that I was supposed to get, but he "can't find them". The little p***k.
Pisses me off also that EVERY SINGLE TIME in the last few weeks that he's gone home and told me, "Oh, I'll be back in a little while" that he hasn't come back.
Yesterday I let him borrow a bike, and he says he'll be right back. 2 and a half hours later, here he comes after the sun's down. He went home, and said he would be back in a few minutes, I told him to bring the game over with him. An hour later, I call him, he's eating. I tell him to bring the game over.
2PM the next day, I call him, and tell him to bring the game over, he hasn't even started looking for it. And guess what? HE DOESN'T SHOW UP AT ALL.
Seriously pissing me off. I just want the game, and I'm out of here. He better give it to me today, too, or else I have a console and nothing to do with it.

That sucks, I have a few friends that are a lot like him I don't talk to much. I like it when people are straightforward and to the point most of the time, or people who are just fun and stick to their word.
I take it you don't want anything to do with your PS3 anymore than?

No, I love my PS3.
And his 360 also is loud as hell when playing a disc. A disc that I bought...

Ahh, I hadn't seen you online in a long while. I just thought you might have been going over to Xbox. Of course, it could just be my insane sleep schedule nowadays. Normally people go one or the other though, not that I have a problem with it. I just don't like elitists. It's annoying when they bash the opposing system and no one is ever satisfied.
I had noticed the Xbox is pretty loud, and I also think they were saying that the new Xbox that just came out has been destroying disks. Don't hold me to that though. I am not going to rely on my ears. My best friend is a huge fan of the 360, and he just got the new one. We play together when we chill. smile

-shrugs- There's just not been much to play recently. CoD got boring as hell, I beat RDR, and leveled half-way up the first rank online.
Then I got bored, and got some old PS2 games to play. Beat both of those. Now I'm playing Fable II, and I can't help but think that I've pretty much beaten it already, after only 6 hours of playing.
Once you figure out how to easily make money, the game is pretty much dead. Hell, I bought the deed to a Tavern, so now I just sit back and watch the money pour in. Bought meself a wife, and impregnated her. Got a child. And I still have plenty of quests to do.
But once you figure out that marketing in that game is as easy as knowing where the items sell for the cheapest, and where the items sell for the most costly (one loading screen away from each other), you're pretty much made. Oh, and y'also have to wait for a good sale. If you can manage a 50% lay off price for a sale, then you're making upwards of 30k every time you buy/sell.
Which makes me think, what if I bought the blacksmith there, wonder how much the items would cost there. Then I could have the ease of marketing without the need of a sale. And I'd be making a profit just being the owner of the blacksmith place.

If you have a job and play a lot of games you should invest in a Gamefly account.
The Left 4 Dead games are very entertaining in co-op mode. (Playing alone = nightmare fuel)

@Prince: There's so many good games coming out! I think a lot of people are relying on graphics a bit too much though, and not so much game play. Whenever I play a game too much i come back to it later or go do something else, but what really makes the game for me after it's burned to the point I hardly want to play it anymore are the trophies. It's rare that I get burned out, but whenever I get bored they bring me back into the game and I try to achieve them. A lot of trophies bring out some things you really need skill for, and are so much fun. A lot of other trophies... are just really lame. Even so, keeps me occupied I s'pose. I hope you find what you're looking for!@Toon:My brother uses gamefly. It's really a great service but the only problem for us is that for some reason it really seems like they're always out of what we want because so many people use it. x_x Left 4 Dead one and two are great, if you think that's bad and really want a nightmare try dead space. 3nodding
Speaking of online gaming, if you two are interested in PC gaming at all, I recommend you should join the Valve Steam community. If you're looking for MMO's or shooters, or anything that you can play online, I bet you they have it there for download at very reasonable prices, including some free games with great quality, and an I.M. chat that tells you what your friends are playing etc. Steam's prices are ridiculous. They have a thing called mid-week madness and sell certain games for 50% off, 75% on weekends, including borderlands and L4D that you can download right from your home. Some go as low as five dollars.
so if you want some games worth the price you should take a look here. I just linked my profile because I was too lazy. You can navigate from there D: and add me if you decide to join. My friends got me into it.

Really? My brother never had too much of a problem with that. The time he waited for a game to be in stock and shipped out was always spent playing a different set of games in his cue. I think he gets three shipped at a time and does a lot of pre-orders. Did you catch the weekend when they were doing free Portal downloads? So many people pooped their pants and squealed like little girls at a Jonas Brothers concert with backstage passes.
Out of curiosity, have you ever had a hunter spawn in a safe house? I think I may be a "special infected" magnet. /Makes note to never play Dead Space/

Hah, no unfortunately I've never been stuck in a safe house with a rabid hunter, but it sounds like a lot of fun. I didn't know they could get in there. I have never played Portal either, lots of people raved about it, it just didn't seem like it was for me, although I've never tried it so I can't really say anything. Portal two is coming out, so people are going nuts over that. smile

I must just have really bad luck when I'm the first person to the safe house. O: I've also seen a tank and a jockey in there. I'm sure the CPU thinks it's hot stuff whenever it does that.
Portal is a good puzzle game although I've only played a few levels on my brother's computer. The key is to think with Portals.
