Gull: B-But they'll be beautiful no matter what. I'm sure of it.

Winner - Beautiful and dumb...just what I've always wanted *sarcasm*

Artemis: *sits at the den looking fat*

Hero - *frets about artemis*

Gull: *tilts ears back, hurt as she plods slowly beside Artemis*

Artemis: *raises a brow at Gull but says nothing*

Winner - don't mind her she's just being sulky and hormonal

Hero - *glares at Winner* You do know this is patially your fault right? You do owe her at least a bit of respect after what you've done

Abyss: Respect? From Winner? *nearly dies laughing*

Gull: *lays with a whump next to the rather happier couple, closing her eyes and whining softly as she feels some of them kicking*

Hero - *turns his glare to include Abyss and gives Gull a reassuring nudge* It's alright Gully...you'll be okay.

Winner - *rolls his eyes* Really your all making such a big fuss about this. It's natural.. females have pups. It's what they do and she hardly needs coddling about it all

Gull: Winner's r-right . . . *Right?*

Artemis: *decides to not get involved just yet, staying quiet sitting near Hero and Gull*

Hero - No he's not right! *his voce raising slightly as he growled at Winner* He's a jerk, a mean nasty wolf whose treated you horribly! You should be mad at him Gull!

Winner - *smirks quite pleased that he's gotten Hero riled*...Well I didn't hear her complaining when we made them...Did you my Gullible Gull? *He asked her with another smirk at Hero*

Gull: *expression twitches into a grimace at his words because they were true; it had felt good, so she had no right to complain now . . .*

Abyss: *glances over from her spot nice and far away* I suppose this means that Winner is the victor of that little game you two played. Huh Gully?

Hero - *growls at the darker wolf with narrowed eyes..really Winner had gone to far this time around! poor Gull deserved better then this! She was a nice wolf and she deserved a nice mate and a happy family*

Winner - *gives Gull a smug nudge before noting Hero and his growls* Try it...* He encouraged, oh it would be such fun if Hero actualyl attacked him*

Gull: *Really she didn't know who won now . . . Winner had his fun, but she was going to be a mother like she always wanted. It's just that she hadn't thought it would end up like /this/. She cringes a little at Winner's touch, pulling her paws closer to her body*

Artemis: *nudges Gull reassuringly the then glances between the two males* If you are going to fight please do it away from us *the last thing she wanted was for any harm to come to either herself, Gull or their unborn pups, though she did hope Hero wouldn't fight*

Hero - *pulled his lips back to show his fangs though in truth he knew both Gull and Artemis wouldn't want him to fight..and he'd probably loose to Winner anyways.but Gulls flinch at winner's touch drove him over the edge. Ever the Hero he had to protect the tiny wolf and flung himself overtop of her at the Darker male to drive him away*

Winner - *His eye brightened as he noted the others snarl..and then the bunching of muscles as he launched himself into the air - Lovely..oh so lovely and smirking he danced backwards flashing flangs to draw Hero's cheek open as he flashed by* The ladies are right Hero...don't start fights you can't finish *He warned*

Gull: *The second she saw Hero sail over her, she whimpers and ducks her head further, scooting like a bloated sea walrus closer to Artemis - sure she didn't know the female one bit, but the reassuring nudge was enough to consider her friend-material right now. Whisper half-heartedly* Th-They shouldn't be . . .

Artemis: *nudges Gull closer as Hero lunges over her towards Winner. Gods if anything happened to Hero she would kill Winner* Shh...*she whispered to Gull* It will be alright.. *though her eyes were currently locked on the two males*

Hero - *managed not to yelp as Winners fangs laid him open and stood with bristling fur between the girls and Winner. blood from his muzzle dripped onto the ground but that didn't seem to faze him in his staunch defense* "Just let her be..you've had your fun. You don't want anything to do with her now anyways" *He added in hope Winner would just leave - if this turned into a real fight Hero knew who would win and it wasn't likely to be him. Hoping to appease theo ther he lowered his head ever so slightly. He wouldn't move though, that would be asking to much*

Winner - *Rather pleased with himself for the wound on Hero's face he flagged his tail in victory as Hero's head dropped, glancing behind him at the two pregnant females. "Truth" He stated as he regarded Gulls form "But don't worry love..I'll return once the whelps are born and your skinny again. Think I'll go and speak with pumpkin a while" He told her before turning and trotting off. Now where was his next victim?

Gull: *Her eyes widen with fear, and a strangled yelp escapes her* No! No. pl-please! *Anything but Pumpkin. It would be a far worse fight, and if Pumpkin saw her like this . . . Oh gods, gods please no! As much as she wanted to stay by the female's side, she forces her body up on trembling legs and tries to stagger past Hero after him*

Pumpkinhead: *is napping way south in his den* Z.z Mmmrgrmble . . . Tasty tasty naaarf . . .

: Artemis: *nearly jumped up when she heard Hero's yelp. But she stayed down, there wasn't much she could do right now anyones other than to lend her support to Gull, a wolf she hardly knew...when Winner turned and left Artemis forced her bulky weight up and looped around to see the gash on Hero's cheek.* I will kill him for that *she growled angrily and gently licked the wound, but then she noticed Gull was about to follow after Winner* No, don't follow him, it will only make it worse.

Hero - *tipped his ears back as Gull pushed past him and Artemis inpected his wound,her truly hoped her words were said in anger and nothing else* I attacked him first, it was perfectly legit...even the Alpha's will agree *he reminded her in hopes it would quiet her somewhat "It's a small wound" He told her looking in worry towards Gull. he didn't look well and really should't be chasing after others in this heat no matter the reason. "Gull..please..you need to rest.." He begged

Winner - *could have giggled as he caught the conversation behind him and paused in his pursuit of Pumpkin to turn about and look at Gull with an innocent expression on his face* Oh...well...why shouldn't I go and speak with Pumpkin? don't tell me you haven't given your very bet friend the good news?!?

Gull: *stumbles and lets out a frustrated, defeated woof as she flops ever so gracefully onto her side with a wince* H-He can't . . . ! *Everythign was going wrong! Everything was her fault, and all Abyss was doing was sitting far away and throwing horrible comments!*

Gull: *grimaces* He's . . . He's probably napping right now. I don't want to bother him yet.

Artemis: That doesn't make it right. *but she left it at that, knowing it was best to just drop it as it was best for all of them, she turned around when she heard Winner's words but ignored him, instead turning her attention back to Gull as the small wolfess flopped onto her side.* Hush, just rest now. *Artemis wasn't usually an overly mothering wolf, but with all these extra hormones running a muck she was today, giving Gull a lick on the check she sat down beside the female, letting the extra weight of her pregnancy bulk off of her legs*

Hero - *begins to wonder if he'll truly have to fight Winner instead of just displaying to appease him as they had done earlier when the other male turns about to speak with Gull - but at least she was stopping. Surely Pumpkins reaction wouldnt be that bad - although Pumpkin wasn't exactly the most ractible of wolves. Struck by a sudden thought Hero glanced at Winner "If you keep pushing her like this she'll..she'll loose the pups and wouldn't it be more satisfying for you to show Pumpkin actual live pups?" Or rub it in his face - whatever thought that seemed cruel to say in front of Gull.

Winner - *watches Gull flop over with a satissfied smirk, turnign to leave again before being brought up short by Hero's comments. "Well....there is that to consider.." He allowed before looking to Gull. "What do you think Darling..shall we wait to tell him after they are born..or now?"

Gull: *Gods, she was just so hopeless . . . A complete stranger was having to help her even* L-Let's just wait, please. I can go tell Pumpkinhead m-myself after. *She didn't want to have another fight breakout, and frankly even those few steps had tired her out*

Artemis: *was a bit shocked by Hero's comment at first, but quickly caught on to what he was up to, please just make that horrible brute go away. She was getting upset at a number of things and didn't want that to settle in too much. Laying down beside Gull she tried to lend any support she could to the petite wolf who looked beyond exhausted at this point* We will rest a bit here then we will take you to your den...Hero will see to it that you are safe *she kept her voice low so that only Gull and Hero could hear her*

Winner - *gives the two females a wolfish grin - he might not be privy to thier conversation but he had a pretty good idea of what they might be saying 'don't worry you'll be safe' blah blah blah - empty words, Still watching Gull fret until she told pumpkiin would be far more fun then barging in and telling him now "Very well then. I'm sure it will be a wonderful conversation" He assured her with a slight laugh before glancing one more at Hero with bared fangs and trotting off towards the forest rather then the dens.

Hero - Drew a relieved sigh as Winner left and lowered his head to inspect Artemis and Gull "Are you two alright?" Had the stress hurt them> Jeez he hoped not, fine father he was already endangering his own pups by tarting a fight!

Gull: *As soon as Winner's back was turned, her lip began to quiver with a sudden rush of tears coming. Why had everything gone so wrong? She couldn't do this, she just couldn't . . .* I-I'm fine. *Her answer was meek as she turned her gaze downward, just vaguely nodding at Artemis's words. Whatever they wanted. Obviously she couldn't do anything on her own without soemthing going wrong*

Artemis: *sighed and looked up at Hero* I'm alright...we should take her back to our den once she has had some rest...I know it will be a bit crowed, but she will be safe *it was phrased like a suggestion but the way she looked at Hero was like daring him to say no....he would agree even without that look, she knew it*

Hero - *eyed poor Gull with sympathy before nodding at Artemis's words * Yes..yes of course that would be for the best.

Gull: *docks her ears as she turns to them, gingerly stepping. No-one had ever said how heavy even unborn puppies could be . . . Her small body felt ready to burst.* Thanks . . .
