Actually, if you look at both of them closely they are really different.Like:
1. Live doesn't have a flame in her eye
2. The jacket design is different
3. Live has an eyepatch
4. Live's hair is longer
5. Live has a skirt, not shorts
6. It looks like this character you posted has cat ears, if so, that is also different because Live has demonic horns.
I think that may be it. :] These are the only things I see are in common though:
1. The color ( but ALOT of BRS characters have the color green )
2. The sword
3. And the gloves look alittle alike.
I think 6 definatly beats 3. : did NOT use the pic as reference.
