Alright tear'er apart.
It was a quick sketch using my tablet, and then given some color to spiff it up.
She's a water Nymph.
So that stuff between her fingers, is webbing, its meant to be ther. XD
I'm still trying to figure out the whole coloring thing in PScs.

That's very impressive. A very nice, soft picture. It looks great as a sketch, it's hard to critique as it's not really a full finished product, it looks really well done so far. 3nodding I like the face, it's very matured, though, it also sort of takes away from the feminism a little.. not sure how but it just seems that way. Sorry I can't describe it so well!

Feminine is not an age-group, it's a state of mind. Just because she doesn't look like magazine cover pinup material does not mean the character is lacking femine characteristics. Does that mean it's an ugly drawing of a female if it lacks glamour? neutral

I think the face is just fine- it follows the style of the drawing, the lighting, the texture, etc. The slight blurr/sketchy-ness adds some life and movement to it.
