The movie version was ok. Sure, it made him look sexier...sorta, but The movie phantom was not my favorite. I personally liked the broadway one, especially the hat (I'm a sucker for hats whee ), it just looked a little more elegant to me compared to the movie one. And a little more creepy with the full face mask and all.

I haven't seen any version of the red death costume with the exception of the 2004 movie version. I like that one a lot. It was a pretty cool costume. Gerard Butler I have to admit looked very sexy in it. redface

I haven't seen ANY phantom production with that writing on it! I'm so sorely dissapointed! gonk (of course I made sure to include it in mine... ninja )

I think Michael Crawford's Red Death from the original production is the best. xD I love the plumes and such, it adds a majestic air to the character.
I was sorely disappointed with the movie's take on Red Death. gonk I thought they could have done better, but whatever floats their boat.

I happened to see a YouTube clip of MC as Red Death, and I thought his costume was a little too... puffy. Like, he had to keep his hands on his stomach almost the whole time because his sleeves were too big, and that sort of messed it up. But it was good, and as Capricorn said, very majestic.
The movie one is good too, very sleek, but it would be better if it were more like the book.
