Rex, unlike his companions, re-dresses in the same outfit he'd had on before. Also unlike his companions, brings all of his equipment with him, along with his own bottomless bag, in which he keeps his rifle and shotgun hidden.

After dressing and brushing the dust off of his clothes, he turns just in tyme to see his sister walk out the door, and enjoy her touch as she vanishes from sight.

With a faint grin, he sits on the edge of the bed and pulls his AA-12 free of his bag. He empties the drum of the basic buckshot he'd had loaded before, and replaces it with grenade rounds, alternating high explosive and frag as he fills the 36-round monster and locks it into place.

That done, he loads his Redhawk with armor piercing incendiary rounds, and does the same for the XM109.

It takes him a couple of minutes longer than his companions to get out the door, but he's packing hell in a handbag as he walks down the hallway after them, a broad smile on his face.
