REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE AN OFFICAL BAND/MUSIC ARTIST THREAD:
-Uh�.I don�t really feel like explaining this right now. Go to the Music Forum. And go to any Official band/music artist thread there, and you will see what requirements I mean. There is also a sticky with Official band thread listing.
REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE AN ART/GRAPHIS DESIGN/AVI EDIT STORE:
-Store thread must be well organized.
-Prices must be FAIR.
-Quality must not suck.
-Anything else you can think of.
You must follow the Gaia ToS and all of the TOC�s Guild, and Literacy rules.

Okay, I have a question; isn't manga a type of art? It takes effort and precise skill to make a manga (a manga? That doesn't sound right.). So could threads about manga be posted here? I was just wondering this.
