The Frozen arrow is a warm, inviting pub, full of people willing to chat or jsut hang out. The Pub offers a vareity of features, and is always adding new ones.
The Bar:

Some of the finest wine in the Empire. Drinking it raises strength by 5, and lowers dexterity and agility by 5
Deep Fried Mozzerlla Sticks: 10 Shillings a stick.
Just plain, unhealthy, deep fried cheese. Enjoy! User Gains 1 Agility every time it is eaten. Takes roughly half a turn. Stacks. Only one can be eaten a turn.
Sushi Box: 350 shillings
A box full of the most delicous Sushi you'll ever taste. Takes a turn to eat. Heals 7 endurance.
Arrow Burger: 300 shillings.
Made from the finest swordfish in the empire and grilled to perfection, this burger has pepper jack cheese, BBQ sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Takes a turn to eat. Regains 6 in any stat beside endurance.
The Archery Range
Living up to it's name, the Frozen Arrow offers a Archery range where anybody with their own bow can shoot at a target. Arrows are supplied. It costs 100 Shillings a post. The Pub also offers Archery Tournaments every now and then, so check back often!
