Changes: Her outfit, I would like it to be a little more like Punk Lolita. But keep up with her blue theme-- Black, Blue and White. No chains though! I would just like more of a frilly skirt honestly, Feel free to take an Artistic changes. Especially to match the bloodish ness of her teen stage!

 Basically what I did here is google 'punk lolita' and pick the outfit that best matches Shu! Plus she's a bit more grown up looking now =D

Changes: well since she's becoming a new patient the rules say she's required to be dressed differently from the patient I'm just going to throw some ideas out but everything is really CC these are just suggestions/ideas (so pretty much just a straight growth with whatever changes you decide to make)
~boots! you can really see her shoes' tops so if you could just make them high tops/knee high that would be cool
~I love the netting stuff she has around her shirt so add some beneath her shoes going up to her knees if her shoes are lower than the knees and to like mid-thigh if the shoes are close to the knees
~I'd also like to see her pants shorted to either short shorts or a short skirt + fringe at the bottom as if they had been cut-- same fabric and string thing though
I didn't even have ideas for anything else xD so that's it <3(I'm cool with you taking her hair out of the braid if you want -- but if you do Id like her hair to be crimped/wavy--you could keep the braid idea by having a single small braid pulledback along each side of her head)
