Burning Palms Style

This can only be used if you are of the fire element. It also helps if you're from the Hyuuga clan. However, since it has been just invented by Jase there's no telling who can learn it.

Burning Palms Style Level One:
This entails being able to cover hands with fire in the moment you strike the opponent. The wounds this causes are non lethal. Just first degree burns. Must at least be Genin to learn level one. It will take a genin five posts to figure out level one.
It'll take a chuunin half the time rounded up and a jounin only two posts.

Level Two:
Being able to raise the heat to higher heights in the instant you strike an opponent. Should cause up to third degree burns on the place the opponent was struck. This is still non lethal although it will hurt like hell. Must at least be a chuunin to control level two. It'll take a chuunin at least seven posts to learn level two. It'll take a jounin half the time rounded down.

Level Three:
This is where it gets nasty. The user gains the ability to turn the heat up in the instants where his hands strike to be able to melt rock. The user can even slice rock with his hands at this level. Must be at the very least a Jounin to get the weakest of this level. A jounin must post nine times and they must be telling about three days worth of training just to get the minimum power of this level. To get maximum power and to be able to control must be 12 posts and four days of training within those posts.
