xxxxxxxxIn a nutshell, Astor is a smart gijinka with a not so smart owner. Granted, the two are best friends, but there are times where Astor enjoys messing with his master. He constantly uses big words and goes off on long rants when the time call for it.

However, he also knows how to not take any crap from anyone. Unlike his master, he hates the idea of contest like battles, and hardly ever complies. He mainly does this to annoy Ying, but he also finds the effort unnecessary. And while he'll never admit it, he adores the effort Ying goes through to make the battles fun for all, gijinka, Pokemon and trainer. But he'd rather die than admit it.
