xxxxxxxxIt isn't hard to get on Jayden's good side, he's pretty easy-going and carefree. Often you won't find him at the gym nowadays since he gets bored fairly quickly, after all, he's been in Romantica a good chunk of his life. Battles are fun, snot-nosed brats that need an ego check are not. But hey, he has no problems doing it. Jayden loves winning multiple times over. While he is a pretty nice guy to most, its the challengers he belittles. All those coming in hopes to get that final badge and go on to the Elite Four---Yeah right! Jayden won't hand over his badge easily. He loves standing in Trainer's way to the top. More so when they have to track him down for his badge.

Due to his parents caring for him, they wouldn't allow their son to leave home to become a Pokemon Trainer. While common, they found it ridiculous to let a ten year old go out into the world with nothing but a backpack and a Pokemon. So, Jayden made the most of things at home by catching his first Pokemon, Pichu. Sure it wasn't easy to catch the mouse with just a net, rubber gloves and no pokeball. But after a week and many none-fatal shocks, he caught the Pichu.
Some of those thunder shocks must have knocked something loose and caused him to have a thing for electric Pokemon. After buying some pokeballs, Jayden often sneaked out of the city to find more Pokemon.
By the age of fourteen he had caught his team, and the Pichu had sense evolved into a Raichu. But this isn't the only Pokemon he has a close bond to. The more recent capture of Rotom was just fate. Sure the tricky b*****d was hard to catch let alone find, but the end result was worth it. It wouldn't be a year later until he would travel to the Nayu Reigon and take over the role of Romantica Gym Leader and has been for the past six years.
