All you need to do is PM ElvishSorceress a portfolio of your coloring and/or editing skills!
This is what she'll be looking for in terms of criteria for colorists:
-Able to produce nice color coordinated pets
-Have a forte in animal and or tribal markings that are bold, crisp, refined and stylized.
-Able to produce unique design of pets by using the above xP!
-Able to work in a timely manner ((aka.... I prefer you not working at 10 shops, unless you are a colorist that secretly equals 10 colorists xD))
-Not be reliant on premade brushes - not saying you can't use em.... but you'll need to use em well... However I like having artists who can do designs from scratch xD**
This is what she'll be looking for in terms of criteria for line editors:
-Able to match the lineart - this means semi thick, tablet flowing lines, with stylized shading
-Able to do wicked hair, clothing edits and other physical edits.

-Varies according to the event **obviously you would do more pets for a Pokemon event than a Disney Event xD**
But expect a bare minimum during the following during Holiday Events:
2 FS Pets
1-2 Freebie Pets
1-2 Auction Pets
1-2 Gram Pets
Colorists Payment Split
-80% of Auction | | 20% goes to shop to pay the certist and thread manager
-Raffles are split between whoever is participating in the raffle
-100% of Customs
-90% of FSs
**Note: At this shop we have an official certer, so for things like customs and raffles - it is good to tip the certer for her hard work.
