Okay i need help. Im trying to get a head start on my future career and i have two jobs that i love but i cant decide so i need your help people. And even though im young i still want to get a head start on my career.
1. FBI:Forensic Entomologist
I love all the different types of bugs (yea i know im weird) but i also love solving crimes and knowing that im helping to make a better future.
OR
2. Egyptologist/ Archaeologist. I love Egypt so much. I love how Khufu built the Great pyramids and they didnt have technology. I love Dr. Zahi Hawass and when i go to Egypt i hope to meet him. I love the idea knowing that im uncovering the past of a great civilization.
So what do i do....
Help make a better future or help uncover a marvelous past?

May as well go for the past, the future is messed up enough already >.>
Besides, if you're still young, you have plenty of time to decide for yourself.
If you let someone else make all of your decisions, then you're just going to wind up stepped on and being miserable.

May as well go for the past, the future is messed up enough already >.>
Besides, if you're still young, you have plenty of time to decide for yourself.
If you let someone else make all of your decisions, then you're just going to wind up stepped on and being miserable. She has several points here. (future and miserable) If you don't do what you truly want, how can you be happy? But, don't sweat it, you have plenty of time.

Same here. Do what you wanna do, and just as Better When Frozen said, the future is messed up. People say children are our future, and if I'm gonna be a part of the future....

my friend wanted to be a forensics scientist for a while, but when you get a job with the FBI you have to know before you get any cases you spend most of your years doing office jobs where you're just filing papers back and forth between law school classes. you're middle-aged before you get any of the good stuff sad

I'd go for the egyptologist/archeologist thing.
because:
1. it's cool.
2. we are far from knowing enough about ancient civilizations; and people are supposed to learn from the past in order to create a better future (or at least have a little hope to do so)
so yeah ^^ good luck with whatever you choose!
