 As the rose in the sky and the hidden cove awakened for the new morning. Rosette arose while her young family slept. She carefully detangeled the legs around her and crept outside to take in the fresh morning air. With a sigh she thought about things had happened so fast...she brought Blaze to this cove and then he asked her to be his mate...then not long after they made themselves a den here and before they knew it they were pregnant and had 6 kits. 'Wow, six kits!' she thought to herself. Rosette glanced back into the den to make sure everyone was still sleeping safely before she head to the beach not far from their den to wash her face and completely wake up as she thought about to feed the kits for breakfest after they awoke. Violette restled in her sleep, yawned..but remained asleep snoring very softly.

 Ada was sleeping when she felt a large something- mom or dad- get up. She yawned, still asleep but semi-concious and semi-aware of what was going on around her. I should get up. The thought repeated itself slowly in her slowly waking mind, but she didn't want to wake up. It was so comfortable, laying like this, surrounded by warm darkness.
That was when one of her many siblings yawned, making Ada realize it might be almost tme to wake up. She yawned again, then opened her eyes. Sleepily picking her way through her siblings, she made it to just ouside the den entrance and streched her legs, yawning again.

 Drowsy but awake the black kit followed his sister. "Morn'in Ada." he mumbled softly, shaking his fur out and yawning tiredly. He stretched and looked around after a few moments then he blinked. "Ah, mums down by th'beach." he noted after looking at her paw steps for a few long moments. "Sleep well?" he asked his sister in a conversational tone.
