I'm 20 years old, and I first got an interest in witchcraft when I was 11...Although I didn't actually practice until two years ago, I think...Although officially about a year ago, was when I actually got supplies and became super serious.

Were you not serious for that one year before you got your supplies? Did you get "serious" about it because you got supplies or did you get supplies because you "got serious"?

What are your supplies? Why are they necessary for your craft?

Oh, a pretty long time in my short life. I'd say since I was 12-ish, so... seven years? give or take a few months? I was a youngen.

About six to seven years now. I really got interested in eastern philosophy and religions ideas, before making my way over to more western concepts.

It didn't take me long to realize that Christian wasn't for me. While my brother and sister were going to bible study classes, I was sitting at home with my book from the school library on Toaism. I think it took me maybe a year after I started to study before I truly became pagan.

Hmmm.... I would say I really got into alternate religions about a year after my initial studying, and by that time I no longer considered myself pagan. At 14 I picked up my first book on paganism(It was a Ravenwolf book sadly) and started believing myself to be Wiccan. I know now that she's full of crap, and I know what my true path is.

Almost four years.

How long before you started practicing?
I started practicing almost immediately... I was curious to see if I could put what I had learned to use.

How long have you been a witch?
Just a few years.

How long have you been studying paganism and alternate forms of religion?
Ever since I was very young I've always been interested in the various pantheons of the world, and I really got hooked when the strategy game Age of Mythology came out. /geek

How long before you became pagan?
I started considering myself pagan as soon as I knew what it was, since once I started learning I realized it all made more sense and was along the lines of what I had always truly believed.

How long have you been pagan?
Really, since I was mature enough to start questioning Christianity. razz

How old are you?
Seventeen.

-Sence I was 5. I had been going to church and bile shcool and had desiceded that christianity was not for me. At five I became the only one in my house hold who didn't go to church, and whent in search of what did I beleived in. At 7 I started my studdy of neo-paganism. Just before I started my dedication I told my parents (mom & step dad, my father all ready knew.) Luckaly my mom had been pagan before she'd maried my step dad, so she was ok with it. She sent me to a Pagan based Charter school, where every time we studied a culture or religion the whole class lived it. It was at this school I desided to fallow an eclectic path.

*How long before you became pagan?
-3 years; I studied for 2 years then at 9 I did my year of dedication which ended on my 10th birth day. So I becae pagan at 10
*How long have you been pagan?
- In my heart I've always been pagan but I don't think thats what your asking. If you count all the years of studdy and belief I'd say 9 years, but if you only count the years sence my dedication then I've been pagan for six years.

Interesting topic...I enjoy questioneers... Hmmmm where to start......I will try to answer these questions to the best of my abilities, but I would also like to know Renkon Root's answers to these questions. When I form a questioneer like this one, I share a part of myself by taking the questioneer. Now to the questions at hand.

* How long have you been studying paganism and alternate forms of religion?

I have known about the craft and paganism for most of my life. As a child, I was raised in a house that practiced behind close doors. Their outside appearance looks christian but they practice spells, rituals, celebrations as well as shamanism, which became the majority of my studies and practice. I started learning astral projection and the three different worlds when I was eleven years old, tarot cards at fourteen as well as spells and herbs. Once I began following the shaman path, the spells and tarot cards were replaced by chants, crystals, herbs, feather and other shaman tools. I have had guides and animal totems since age eleven and also learned how to shapeshift. One of my first books on the craft was a Babylonian book written in the late 1800's. It was a great book. It explained the three worlds and much, much more. Since then I have been collecting a variety of books on the craft and shamanism as well as myths, legends, native american beliefs and practices and celtic beliefs and practices.

* How long before you became pagan?

This one going to be hard to answer because the studing and practicing becomes a blur. I cannot put a date or time as to when the studing becomes praciticing because time does not mean anything to me. Since I am always walking between the worlds, time is irrelevant.

* How long have you been pagan?

Well, I am not really a witch or a pagan. I am considered a shaman or one who follows the path of shamanism and been that for twenty-five years.

* How old are you?

I am 41 years old.

I'm 20... I knew I was a pagan/witch early on but didn't start practicing until I was around 16. My parents tried to brainwash me with christianity and almost succeeded had they not sent me to public school where I learned to think for myself.

Not too long, around 2 or 3 years. I would have to say about 10 years of christanity Never really studied anything of the Christian religion, I felt unease with it. other than that I was an atheist for 8 years.

i grew up christian then about 5 years ago looked into paganism and got hooked a year later. i am 17 years old turning 18 dec. 1st.
