Wizarding society has evolved substantially since the fall of the Dark Lord. In one area we see significant advancement is in entertainment – wizards now use computers and televisions more regularly for amusement. And while a majority of what they indulge in is muggle-produced, wizarding movies, websites, and shows are more frequent now.
For example, I’d guess that there are at least two ongoing wizarding Soap Operas. My Hermione watches “As Healers Go,” a hospital-oriented drama in which several sexy healers endure the trauma of trying to successfully treat equally attractive patients and their suffering, as well as cope with Alejandro cheating on his wife with fellow healer Synthia. She’s also guilty of watching “Survival of the Wizest,” a reality TV show in which wizards are stranded in muggle cities without wands, accomplishing challenges in hopes of winning a huge cash prize. So what are some of YOUR ideas for wizarding TV Shows, cartoons, and movies?

I like the idea in the poll, first off.
Secondly, Are You Smarter Than a First Year?
Angelo likes watching Abott~, it's a talk show very much like Maury and Jerry Springer where wizards and witches take pregnancy potions and dna testing potions to see who the parents is. It's also the first show to have a centaur marrying a witch on television.

And obviously they have an MTV like WROCK channel, which for now shows music videos and band biographies, but of course will eventually degrade into a horrible mesh of reality TV shows and Roasts of past stars. Ha!
And ********' magical creatures animal planet. Specials on certain types of dragons, what to do if a gargoyle attacks, and of course, Sphinx Week. Yes.

They BRAWL, suckah.
But yeah, they beat/hex the s**t out of each other. "I'm not the father. I told you that I was-" "b***h YO GONNA EAT MY PATRONUS!"
@Nny: XD Omg, sounds awesome... Makes me think of Ana watching a show on unicorns and then a dragon swoops in and eats it.

I bet Clay and Jamie watch that when they're bored. Get Claire to come watch it too xd
Yessssss, I bet that happens constantly, man. You're watching some pretty animal and it's suddenly, violently killed by another magical creature. I hate that aspect of actual animal documentary shows. XP

So what about talent-oriented shows like Dancing With the Stars and American Idol? Anyone got any ideas for wizarding counterparts?

xP There could totally be a wizarding themed dancing with the stars. Try to get famous people and stuff to sign up. Lol @ victor on there. x3
Wizarding Idol? Oh the horror. We need a magical equivalent of Simon Cowell. :O
If there are wizarding tv shows now, btw, we totally need like.. a watchwizardingNetwork or something for TV.... since.. isn't the one with prudence on the radio?
but yeah, a thread. xD
Ummm.... and we need a WIZARDING CRIME SHOW LOL. Like COPS but they'll call it 'AURORS'
x3 'We've got a 360 on Doodle Lane near the hogshead pub in hogsmeade. Two intoxicated youths on stolen motorcyles..... oh god, 890, 890! Wizarding wheezes fart candies, oh god! *cough, choke* Oh, we're losing them!'

No, Prudence and Viktor's show is on the Wizarding World News Network, it's the largest wizarding television network. They've got several channels now, methinks. Not an entire cable set, but viewers have a couple of options now, I'm sure.
