Link Beolve This is the closest thing i could find: That is the closest card I found also. And it only cost about 5 bucks US. Also I believe that the set it came out of, Exodus, did not have any foils in that set at all.

I think Exodus was one of the first sets to have foils, but it isnt the best card out there, personnally, i think that Birds would be more expensive foiled

that would be cool but i highly doubt it, it wasnt distributed through packs because the urza's block was the 1st set to come out with foils through packs the city of traitors was only like a promo type thing...if you do have a foil one though i would not mind sending a money or something because i could actually use it in my welder deck

While prices still have not stabilized on these test prints, they are worth several thousand dollars. I personally have witnessed one being sold for $3,000 and a set of Beta P9. If you truly have a foil City of Traitors, I envy you.

spritekil44 If that card is really worth that much then I think everyone would want one. They're worth that much because very few of them still exist. Test prints are destroyed when the printing process is considered perfect. Someone at the printing company probably stole some of them and sold them. According to a reliable source I can't currently identify, there are no more than ten foil City of Traitors still in existence. If you truly have one, I have a brand new $100 bill for you...
