"No." She swatted away his paws and slinked around and away from him. "I give up. But touch our prey and I'll kill you." And with that she began to pad away, embarrassed at her inefficiency as a warrior. Stay close to the border though, in case he follows...

He frowned as she started off. "Really?" He padded over to where a mouse had been buried earlier. He uncovered it. "So if this is my dinner... you will stay with me till you kill me?" He smirked and sat...waiting. He hooked the mouse with a claw and brought it to the ground in front of his paws. "Come and get it if you dont want to share...."

Rippledawn growled. "You're such a pain!" Leaping she thrusted the mouse back where it was and buried it. "You're going to get me into so much trouble!" She unsheathed her claws. "Why must you be so insufferable!?" Her shoulders tensed even more.

"Because it gives me a few more moments with you." He practically purred the words. And it was true...GypsyTrail Loved females...For their charms sure... but he loved a clever mind more... and he could see she was a very sharp wit.
He twitched his stub of a tail. He gave a charming smile. "You seem to be a real..." He searched for the right word. And it didn't come. "You are just a good spirit... And that's what is amazing about you... Sure you are beautiful...but you are smart too..." He shrugged. If she didn't mall him right out of course she was more cunning than the normal brutish cats of the clan.

Rippledawn's ears flattened against her head, her face growing warm. "Don't test me, Gypsytrail..." She glanced to the side. It felt nice... to be appreciated in a way.
"...H-how 'bout I strike one more deal with you? If you cross back over the border- and stay off Shadowclan, I'll come along and hang out with you- for as long as I can shirk my duties with no one noticing that is. I'm sure that sounds fair if you're honest about enjoying those "few moments with me"... Don't expect me to be a placid puddle though. I don't reflect flattery and if you try anything I'll hit you like a tidal wave!"

He smirked. "Well..I guess thats a deal i just can't refuse then... huh?" He stood and brushed himself along her flank as he walked past her. "Well, Walk with me at least." He smiled.
"So what is there to do around these parts... Aside from convincing pesky rogues to leave."

Rippledawn didn't flinch as he brushed past her and sighed. "Very well."
Padding along side of him she went ahead and immersed herself in the conversation since she was going to be with him for a while. "Nothing really... hunt, patrol, train, mentor, talk... What about you? What do pesky rogues do outside of trespassing?"

"Well see... there is a tricky question. Since a rogue...really has no home... It makes it hard to do anything but trespass." He shrugged. "However... I have learned... That Fishing in Riverclan is fun since it gets their tails in a knot... Chasing rabbits out of Windclan is two times as enjoyable because then they blaim thunderclan...." He shrugged and stepped across the border once more. "My fun...is seeing beautiful she-cats like yourself... and tormenting the males of the clans... " His eyes glittered. "But pretty much... a rogue does what they want... when they want."

"Oh-ho-ho, so you're a she-cat killer I see," she rolled her eyes, "spreading your seeds as far as the horizon can reach I'm guessing?" She flicked her tail. "Sounds like a pretty nice life besides the not having a home part if you ask me though..."

Rippledawn made a face. He wasn't worried at all that she might be bothered by that? Well, it was none of her business. "Oh, not very long." She lied and looked back at Shadowclan. It wasn't like she really talked to anyone, so she doubt it'd be noticed that she was missing.

"You don't seem worried at all by the fact I might be bothered by how you could have a legion of she-cats at your paws. It's making my jealous to think I may be just another "beautiful she-cat in the forest,'" she wasn't being serious at all, but with her lack of expressions it was hard to tell. She swatted his paw lightly with her tail and scowled, "now let's walk. I don't want to be seen talking with a pesky rogue.~"

He smiled. "Jealous... My dear, Are you becoming slightly attached to me?" He pulled his paw back and grinned. "Is it my dashing good looks... or is it my cunning wit?" He wiggled his tail slightly as he started moving down the path. "Actually... you shouldn't be bothered...They weren't the right ones for me... Who knows... hopefully my she-cat is out there somewhere." She didn't need to know his perfect she-cat would be barren.

"And I never said I was bothered, I only would be if you had some sort of disease or something. And right she-cat my butt! You look like a traveling bachelor with a she-cat at every stop- you woo with experience. I'm pretty sure 'your one' is probably the same."
