Your Blaziken has probably used up all its available EV's. The max number of EVs a pokemon can take is 510 (255 is the max for one stat). If you have already leveled up your blaziken by fighting other pokemon, chances are you took in unwanted EVs. To erase EVs, you need the following berries:
Pomeg = HP Kelpsy = ATTACK Qualot = DEFENSE Hondew = SPECIAL ATTACK Grepa = SPECIAL DEFENSE Tomato = SPEED
These berries take off unwanted EVs in accordance with the necessary stat. Each berry only takes off 10 EV points, so I suggest you find as many of these as you can, whether you grow them yourself or collect them over time, and erase all EVs from your blaziken and start over from scratch and only fight pokemon who poses the EV points you want. Also having the pokevirus multiplies the total EVs you take by two. I also suggest you look into the Power items. They make EV training much more easier than a macho brace. Each power item adds four Ev points to the number you get from a pokemon. So instead of gainign two from gyrados, you'll gain six and with the pokevirus multiplying it by two, that's a grand total of twelve EVs from one poke.
Sorry about the wall of text. xD

Demonic Shadows Parkour i thought the max EVs is 508? and the max a stat can have is 252? No, 252 is just a preferred number. 255 is the max, though when you divide it by four you get an uneven number, which would be 63.75. You waste three points that can be put towards another stat. 252 is the max number without waste, and if you put 252 points in two stats, you can use the leftover 6 points towards another stat which is whole one point upon growth. Sure it's only one point but at least it's a boost right? That's why we see common EV spreads of 6/252/252. Of coarse, there are more complicated spreads but that's the most basic one.

There are a maximum of 510 EVs, but most trainers only use 508 EVs due to the fact that the extra 2 EVs are unnecessary, and will not boost a stat. And Static is also right about 255 being the max, its just using 252 still gives you optimum stats with the added benefit of putting 4 more EVs into another stat.

I just like to include those 2 points for the hell of it. xD
