It depends on what you mean....are you referring to "hot" physical or "hot" in the sense that they think "OMG! THAT GUY IS BANGING A DUDE! That's hot" as in sexual?
Girls can find any type of guy "hot", but in my personal experience I can usually tell who is gay and who is not, though that does not change my perception on whether or not the guy is good-looking. So in answer....yes, I find select gay men hot....

Anime dudes often are...and I'm pretty sure the whole point of a bishonen is to cater to the generation of girls whose goal is to be f** hags (actual people, they exist, and they're mean - thus I see no problem in using the derogitory term *crosses arms*).....
