Pwah, difficult one..

I found some 'close' matches, but you might want to add black as a neutral 'filler'. I have some items on invisible, but it's just not much..

I know you said cheap, but I think the medals from Carol of Ol' Ebenezer look sharp with the Loyal Jay. Here is one of my favourite outfits, I made it based around the Loyal Jay pants. The above avatar has several of the same items, but maybe seeing a complete avatar will help?
