...Since I've slept through a whole night. Here's about what it's been for the last 4 days.
Go to sleep and wake up 3 or 4 hours later. Go to sleep and wake up 1 hour later. Go to sleep and wake up 1 hour later. Go to sleep and wake up at noon (alarm clock.)

There are proven studies that the more time you spend watching a bright screen, the more your brain recognizes the awake signal. Turn down the lighting on the screen if you must be online, but it's easier to just turn the screen off and read something--anything to wind yourself down.
I stopped doing things online half an hour before bed, and now I have no nightmares AND my skin condition is disappearing. The stress levels have almost completely dissipated.
