These area of the city ripple outwards from the city centre, considering the centre is considered the area of shops, and where to find a quick deal, the further out you go the cheaper the residential buildings. For example, the homes closest to the centre will be the most expensive, where as the ones closer to the boundaries of the city would be the cheapest, considering it'd be a longer walk to get to where one needs to purchase their weekly food supplies.
Even though the buildings are cheaper as they go out the quality of the buildings are hardly differing, the only noticeable difference would be that the buildings further out are smaller and many in number, where as the further in buildings are larger and fewer in number.
