Eyes: wide and narrow! Wide from side to side, narrow top to bottom. Color should be blue or silver-ish.

Other distinguishing features: I'd love it if she had silver bells or crystal trinkets in her hair, and as earrings. And she would carry her croquet mallet with her- wooden mallet with blue stripes.

Color theme blue, white, and silver :3 Other then what covers her girly parts, most of the fabric should be semi-sheer, cause all ice elementals are half naked little vixins!
